What to do now
Over the years our customers have successfully benefited from the Connect, Communicate, Sustain process across everything from presentations to training courses, to sales collateral.
In practice, this process is best achieved through an initial engagement with training and sales teams, as well as support functions to understand the specific challenges and requirements, check and challenge the approach, and develop and help to embed best practice.
We can then work with all departments to look at what materials currently exist, filtering out those which are useful from those which are no longer fit for purpose.
By understanding the processes in place and making recommendations for new or improved processes, we can also identify and fill any gaps in content required.
And finally, we can create a narrative of learning that builds on newly created content, making it much more effective and focused on the desired outcomes.
This is then linked to coaching as part of a programme of development, to ensure it becomes embedded into the organisation in the right way.
